Formerly known as Pismo Dunes, Oceano is located south of Pismo Beach and north of Santa Maria on scenic Highway
It’s spectacular views of the pacific, rolling green hills and giant sand dunes provide visitors with a high-contrast landscape. The area is as rich in history as it is in natural beauty. Dating back nearly 9,000 years, the area has been home to early Native Americans as well as Spanish explorers. Treasure hunters still explore the areas numerous caves seeking artifacts of days gone by.
